A traditional Japanese wedding ceremony
When we went to a shrine, we saw a wedding which was Japanese style.
A bride wore a traditional wedding Kimono.

Our wedding was not Japanese style. I regret I should have worn Kimono.

I bet that was pretty amazing to watch. I've never seen anything like one of those traditional weddings. I would love to see one. As long as I'm not the groom. LOL

Hi Lucy,
how about re-wedding?
Do they do in in Japan - at the 15th, 20th, whateverth annivesary?
You might still wear a kimono at THAT wedding!

I did not wear a traditional dress myself and I kind of regret it, too. Perhaps, at our renewal of vows, I should be wearing something Hungarian - :)

Hi Lucy,
There use to be a lot of Japanese weddings held out here in Australia, but it seems to have dropped off these day. Mqaybe I am just not noticing them.
If I wasn't so fat, I would love to wear a kimono.

SzélsőFa,
I'm late again, sorry.
Re-wedding is a nice idea. But I' am too old to wear wedding KIMONO.
LOL
If you have a chance, could you show me Hungarian wear.

Lucy, you're not going to get away with that. One can't be old to wear a kimono - I think very old people can wear kimono nicely....
