Which is advantageous with woman or man?
If you can choose them, which do you choose woman or man?
I am a two son's mother. And I have a job. Sometimes I have a lot of stress.
Job is OK. (Actually I don't like my job...)
If I have stress, company pays money for me.
But sometimes I can't put up with Japanese school's system. That is PTA. Parents have to do it.
But I cant' do that. Japanese schools start form April so, I am depressed on April.

In Japan usually fathers are too busy to do PTA's job. I think company's job is easier than PTA's job. Threfore I think it is easy for men to live than a women.

I'm sorry that is just my complain. Now my husband can't come back to my house from his office...

Yes, I understand what you say Lucy, working is easier than being a parent or even being on a Prent's Committee at a school.
I tell my husn=band he is lucky to be going to work 5 days a week, when I only work 2 days a week.
When I work, I work in a very busy hospital, even sometimes in the Emergency Department. This is easier than being at home with four kids!!!!! Much easier.
You are allowed to complain Lucy, that is ok to do this.
Your English is getting so much better, keep up the good work.

If you are stressed, your company pays more money? Does not sound bad.... Most companies make their employees stressed without paying them more in return.

Lucy,
Your English is understandable. Being a mom is tough worldwide. If you work outside the home and are the parent inside the home, you will have little time left for the PTA.

You seem very successful in everything that you try Lucy! So do you have to Work AND do the PTA? Sounds Like you need a clone.

SzélsőFa,
Thank you for comments. I am afraid of the compatibility of work with child care. PTA is "Parent-Teacher Association".
Do you have PTA in your kids' school?

mjd,
Thank you for comments. OK, I understand. But sometimes I have some pressure.

-LGirl-
Oh, you don't say PTA?
Parents have jobs in their kids' school. That is volunteers.
It is OK. But their meetings have in the daytime. It is difficult to attend for me...

Dave_M,
Hello!! You are so young!! Your English very nice.

A PTA is basically when parents help out with the education of the children in the class. Doing things like reading books with them, and getting stuff ready for classes. They also help out with fund raising for the school.
When I was in primary school, it was known as a Mothers Club.

Oh and as for is it better to be male or female, female is much better.

We don't have PTA as such, and parents are not really allowed to be there during teaching in the school.
Parents do help getting stuff available for their kids and sometimes they help decorating the school for special occassions.

Rebecca,
Thank you for explaining of PTA.

SzélsőFa,
I try to post about PTA in Japanese schools someday. Probably
your school's system is different of Japanese schools'.

Allright, let's do a post about school system in our countries. You write an entry into your site and I'll do mine. And so on. Anyone can join and do the same.

Hi Lucy, it's a nice blog you have here. :)

I wanted to tell you that I understand what you mean when you say you're stressed up by the PTA work. I am from Romania, but have been living in Japan for the last seven years and I know how hard it gets at times, especially when you're forced to do things you don't really like. But just think you are doing this for your children and take one day at a time.

I am not sure which one is better, being a woman or a man, but I am positive that, unfortunately, almost everywhere in this world life is easier for men than for women.

SzélsőFa,
I didn't think you were interested about this theme. It was just my
complain. LOL

loloma,
Thank you for comments. Rebecca lives in Australia. SzélsőFa lives in Hungary. I think their systems are defferent from Japanese. And
the PTA is old Japanese culture.
Sometimes is good, sometimes is no good.

March is goodby season in Japan.
My Canadian friend come back to his country, and my American friend moove Okayama city. I miss them.
You might leave Japan. But if you have a time, please remember Japan!
