Kids were carrying "kunchi " around thire pre-shool and they were calling " WASHOI ! WASHOI !"
What is "kunchi" ? I'm not sure. In some Japanese regions, they carry "kunchi" in their festivals. Probably, "kunchi" ｗａｓ born in Chaina.

a dragon, perhaps?
It looks similar to the dragon that you see in Chinese celebrations. Looks like fun too.

Hi, the dragon. But our region don't carry the dragon which is Kunch.

Hello!! Kyushu region in Japan, they carry dragons. Because Kyushu
regoin near Chaina.
