Winter in Nara
Where is the coldest country of blog's friends?
I think SzélsőFa or -LGirl- ????
Their Christmas will be in snow. Japan becomes to be cold. I can't wake up soon every morning recently.

Generally it is around zero in the winter, but quite often it goes well under zero.
Most of the times to -5 or -10, but there can be days when it is as cold as - 20.

Hi Lucy!

I love the colour of the leaves in your picture! Very pretty.

Where I live, the temp went to -4c and we got 30cm of snow!! then it warmed up to +2c and it rained and rained!! There was lots of flooding since the snow blocked drains and ditches.

Today it's +11c and sunny!

Lucy, the colours of the leaves are just stunning. It was 32 degrees here in melbourne today, I'd love to be somewhere cold!

The trees in Michigan are all bare. We have snow, but you can still see the grass. By Christmas, it is likely that we will have much more snow. The temperatures in winter here can get as low as -23 C! It is not usually so cold, though. Usually it is closer to 0. I don't like cold weather.

Maybe Japan is the coldest -- but only up in Hokkaido.

I definitely don't think it's Hawaii. But since you said country, the USA has Alaska and there's no place colder than the far north of Alaska, other than Antartica.

Arizona is 72 degrees F (23 C)! We were warmer yesterday, but today it is raining. We do not get much rain in Arizona, so it is reason to celebrate when we do. Last winter we had five nights of hard freeze and many plants died because we usually don't get freezing weather.

Raynier,
My uncle who lives in Nara sent me this photograph too. He lives in Nara city. Nara is beautiful place.
Recentry our town(Kawasaki city) is warmer than 10 years ago. I think it is warming temperature.

blonde canadian,
It is nice day in Melbourne. I want to go south hemisphere now. When it is winter in Japan, I live in Australia. And when it is winter in Australia, I live in Japan. It is my dream.

Tess,
You have white Christmas. It is beautiful.
My city is not colder than your country. But I don’t like cold weather too.

pacatrue,
Your country is very huge. Hawaii is very nice. You are so happy person.
Now Hokkaido is very cold. They were saying on the news that said people who live in Hokkaido, have to spend a lot of money for oil heaters. It is very

You do remember our wood-fueled stove, Lucy, that is amazing :)
Wood is cheaper than oil and is definitely cheaper than electricity.
