At one time when I was little, my family lived in a house with electric heat. We pretended that Santa could get into the house through the electric outlets!

This activity seems to be popular with children in the U.S. now: make "reindeer food."

Santa's reindeer will be attracted by the sparkling sugar, and they love to eat oats. They will remember the house with the delicious "reindeer food!"

We do have a fireplace.
You'd be surprised the lies people will tell their children to keep Christmas Magical!
Once I was in a gift shop that was selling large skeleton keys for Santa. You leave it outside so he can let himself in. I thought that was a cute idea.

Sait Nicnolaus comes on 6th December and puts the surprises into the shoes of kids.
Kids place their shoes into the window on the evening of 5 December.

In Hungary, Christmas has nothing to do with Santa Claus.
