Lego Lego Lego
My sons like to play with Lego. I think Lego is a nice toy for children. But Lego makes me always annoyed . I don't think I like to be tidy. But if I step on Lego parts, I feel pain. And I am upset with my sons. And I nag them. "Clean up!!!"
When I vacuum our room, my cleaner inhales Lego parts. And I have to seek it in the cleaner.
Oh, that is so terrible.
I wish I had a big house and a lot of money. I always think American, Australian and the other country's people have much bigger houses than Japanese.
When I read their blogs, I am very envious of theiri lives. Anyway the land is considerably more expensive than their country.

If you and your family every go to London, you could visit Lego Land.
If you had a larger house you would have more Lego. More Lego would mean less tidy rooms, more Lego pieces to step on, and so on.
We also have Lego. When I do the vacuum cleaning I tell my kids to gather their Lego pieces togeter OR ELSE the vacuum cleaner will collect the pieces. And I DO NOT pick pieces from the dust, I throw them away with the dust. It is EXTREMELY useful to make the kids more responsible for their Legos. You may also try it with your kids.
muse-ic,
Yes,Yes. Someday we might visit Lego Land. It is my younger son will be old.

Your opinion is true. We try it.
Anyway I think my younger son needs more time.
I agree your sons are quite young. They need more time to learn being tidy and pack their toys after playing. But the sooner they learn the better for them and for the family :))
We also have another, useful rule in the house: When my kids play with a toy and make a mess that's ok. But when they don't play with that anymore AND want to start another game with ANOTHER toy, they first have to pack the first toy back to the shelves/boxes. It is not always easy to observe this rule. Also, I'm not saying we have a super-tidy house here, but these 'guidelines' help me a lot. I hope you don't mind my telling our rules. These are just information on how other people organize their lives.
Szélső Fa,
Thank you for comments. I told your way to my older son. My older son agreed with this way.
Actually my home is too small to live for my familly. But I like this apartment which is near train's station, and my younger son's pre-school. And I think I shouldn't complain about our home.
But if you have time, please read my posts again. Probably I will post the other complaints......
Dear Lucy,
I often return to your space here and read posts, old and new alike.
I like to comment :)))
Lucy, your blog looks great! I hope all is well!
